Lifeline Auto & Tires LLC is an auto repair shop in Rochester, New York. It is listed at 750 Lee Rd, Rochester, NY 14606, which places it among the local businesses of Rochester that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Auto repair in the United States is split between independent shops, dealership service departments and national chains. Independents handle most routine work (oil changes, brakes, tune-ups, check-engine diagnostics) at lower labor rates and often specialize in one make or in imports; dealers keep factory tools, software and warranty authority; chains sell speed and standard pricing on maintenance items. Most shops charge a diagnostic fee, credited toward the repair if you go ahead, and quote parts and labor separately. Certification matters: look for ASE-certified technicians and, in many states, a state repair license posted at the counter. Written estimates are required by law in most states before work begins, and you are entitled to your old parts if you ask.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 8 am–5 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (585) 546-5444. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, lifelinetires.com.

Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 235 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Rochester is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Rochester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had a 2022 Chevy Trailblazer LT. I had a brake inspection and was informed that I needed new brakes, brake pads, and rotors for the entire car. The cost was $900, which I paid the same day and received my car back later that evening. When I checked with my dealership about the make and model of my car, they suggested that I get GM parts instead of generic ones. Instead Tin recommended a third-party brand, after Tin’s installation, I experienced loud noises and pressure on my brakes. My brakes were still slipping and very noisy, and I almost crashed. The customer service and support were terrible. A couple of weeks later, I asked for clarification and a new inspection of the job. Tin β€œensured” me that all parts were properly installed and new, but that wasn’t true. Shortly after, I had to trade in the vehicle within a year of financing. He took advantage of me because I was a young black female who was in need. When I returned, he was very rude and constantly talking over me. !!!!!!DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!

Wasnt going to post this but after not being refunded for my experience and being taken advantage of I have to come here to warn people. I got tires put on and an alignment. The mechanics didnt even put valve stems in the tires which is extremely dangerous. I spent 900$ on the tires and after he said he did an alignment I drove for about 2 months and the tires started waring down. I paid over $800 for this service. I had to take it to a professional shop to get the alignment done correctly. Reached out to Tin and he said he would make things right and then just disappeared. Do yourself a favor and dont come here .

We were on our way to a doctor's appointment and heard horrible noises from my car. Sounded like something was about to fall right off my car. Managed to pull in safely to the parking lot. Went in and spoke to Tin who was extremely busy but very helpful. He was able to fit us in later that day! 3 out of 4 tires had loose lugnuts!! The rear driver side being the worst. Tin and the guys probably saved our lives that day cause it sure could have gone really bad as we had just been on 490. Thank you so much Tin for helping us and I will be coming back!!

I have been coming here for years! I always recommend my family and friends to see Tin when they need new tires. Tin runs an honest and respectful shop. Thank you for all that you do and keeping me safe on the road.
